The Twilight 18th Month!



In between the Twilight Zone (there's no 29 this month), Lit Reia has turned 18 Months old!

She is officially a Toddler!

Let's do a Milestones check on her development!





Physically and mentally:-

- She can Walk, run and Jump! She even knows how to cross a small lokang.
- She can climb up the stairs and down the stairs.
- She knows how to build blocks
- She knows how to differentiate shapes and insert into their respective holes (only square, triangle & circle)
- She knows how to indentify Eyes, Ears, hair, Head, Nose, Mouth, Tongue, Teeth, Cheek, Fingers, hands, legs, toes (more then 2 parts of the body)
- She knows that she needs to hug everybody before we leave a place.
- She knows how to Hi & Bye
- She knows how to lift her legs for you to wear her pants/shorts/panties, and insert her arms into the top sleeve.
- She knows how to off & on the TV
- She knows how to switch off the fan & light
- she knows how to throw rubbish into the bin
- She knows how to squat down when washing her buttock
- She begins to Role-play
- etc

Language :-

She knows how to say all these and knows their meaning :)
People - mama = me (she cant pronouce mummy), daddy, gong gong, popo, gor-gor, jie-jie, yi yi, auntie, uncle, baby
Fruit - apple, O (which means Orange), Nana (which means banana)
Animal - Dog, Elephant, Mao (which means Cat), she will make the bird sound when she sees one, duck, frog, fish
Transportation: Car, bus
Body: Hair, Head, Eyes, Ears, Mouth, Nose, Toes, Hands
Others - Milk, Water, star, plant, shoes, socks etc etc

Something U ought to know about her

- She's a dog lover (she would want to pet them regardless of sizes, colours & looks)
- She loves Hi-Five. Not so much into Cartoons, she prefers Real ppl performing, She managed to sit thru Aladdin Musical in US *we are appalled* and she loves it.
- She loves Singing & Dancing (i've check it out, min age to learn ballet is 3 yrs old)
- She adores babies, she gets really excited when seeing them
- She loves to Eat!
- She likes to play water



She has really grown well (thanks to me, trying to connect her brain's neurons). Besides a bit bit slow on her speech development, she has excel well in other aspects.
