Lit' ReAnne arrived in a speedy mode of delivery on 16 Dec 2009. And she has official become our 5th 'R' in the Yeo's family. And Reia has official become a Jiejie.

US Trip Part 16 - San Francisco

~*~* 04/01/2009 ~*~*

We are back to San Francisco, let's us get even closer to see this beautiful state.

Early in the morning, Sis brought us to this donut shop where we were be able to eat the fresh baked yummilicious donuts + hot chocolate /coffee for Breakfast.

Next, sis brought us to the famous Pier 39.

Lunch, we just sat by the Pier & had the clam chowder and Fish & chips! Must Try!

After lunch, we went into this place where they exhibit loads of oldies stuff.

Afterwhich, we went downtown Shopping, Hot mama finally decided to get her Bag which will Never be Full! *hooray*

Dinner, we went back to TOmmy's parents' home for our Farewell Dinner *sob*

Leaving US was tough.



Finally, this mark the end of our US family trip. Not too sure when we wld be able to travel together again. Christmas will never be the same again...

US Trip Part 15 - Lake Tahoe

~*~* 02/01/2009 *~*~
Early in the morning, We were all set to the Snow mountain - Lake Tahoe. Along the way there, cars began to stop at the road side to mount the snow tire chains onto their wheels (this increases traction of rubber tires on snow & ice significantly). However, we did not have any snow chains with us, so we were kind of afraid that we were be stopped and not able to drive Up.

We walked from our hotel to the Gondola station... To cut the story short, my dad felt that Reia shld not go up since he saw no sign of kiddos ard. So mom and dad took Reia back to the hotel Whilst 4 of us continuing our journey up to the snow mountain. Per Pax US30.

There are 2 decks, the 1st deck is the viewing mall, the Top deck is for ppl to ski. We hopped out of the Gondola to have some pictures taken.

We were definitely UNDERDRESSED and not EQUIPPED with proper gloves and footwear.. Our Fingers and Toes were frozen Up. Luckily there's a small souvenir shop there, we always ran in to heat us up before we dashed out to take more pixs! No Joking... It's really COLD. Im glad Reia and my parents were not here with us. I dont think they were able to take the Ice-ness.

The initial plan was to go skiing... but it was really cold and we just want to build snowman and we wld be contented. ANyways, there were quite a few already made snowman, we just need to choose the cutest one and leave a memory.

Desaru Trip 27 - 29 Nov 2009

This is an impromptu Trip which i've requested - especially for Reia. A compensation Trip rather for "abandoning" her while we had fun in BKK. A getaway too since work has been shi**y

Nothing far, nothing expensive, nothing tempting within radius (for eg Shopping malls) everything 以芮雅为主。So, we thought Desaru would be a nice place for her since this girl loves to play with water.

We departed at noon, had our lunch at Causeway pt before we set-off across to Malaysia Cant remember what time we cleared our custom (peanut butter strawberry JAM) and reached our destination ard 3 plus 4.

Time wait for no man, changed into her swimming suit and dive into the pool!
And her favourite part is of course the SLide... the pool is quite deep, so we have to catch her when she's reached the end... However, due to my poor reaction, she drank quite a fair bit of pool water.. *opps*

After our swim, we headed to the beach to check it out!

After our International Buffet dinner at the Resort, Reia had some fun at the Kid's playclub before we returned to our room.

~*~*~*~* Day 2 - 28/11/2009 ~*~*~*~*

After our eggy breakfast, we headed to the beach early in the morning (not really that early) ard 10 plus. This time round, we headed to the beach first so that we could wash away our sand in the pool (if you know what i mean) hahaha

The Beach is really clean, and the wave is really strong (monsoon season) and it was really HOT.

after our swim, it was nearly 12 noon. we went back to our room, washed up and snoozed for an hr or 2. We skipped our lunch...

Woke up ard 3 plus and headed to Kota TIngy Town (which is ard 30 - 45mins car ride) to shop for some tibbits and hopefully dinner. In the end, we still went back REsort to have Jap food!

Hub booked Fireflies tour tonight, so all of us were really excited abt this night tour. We explained to Reia what is fireflies and she replied:"must be painful, backside got fire" haha cute!

I was so well-prepared, dressed Reia up in long sleeve Top, long pants and sprayed litres of insect repellents on her and us.

It was really fun, and the local actually managed to catch some fireflies. So Reia actually had her first case study of the fireflies.

Not enough time to dip into the pool since we needed to check out by 10am. Just had our breakie and off we went. Hub stopped over at JustCo shopping mall to let us shop before we headed home *sweet*

Our Chili Crab

Today, mark another Great milestone for Reia T. - Her First Performance in her School Annual Concert. *woooooooo*

She's required to report to school @ 11am with meal taken. However, it's kind of impossible to have lunch before 11am since she'd be just taken her milk at ard 9 plus. So actually. she did not eat anything and off ah b deposited her to school. The concert starts @ 2.15pm and Im quite worried for her..... I would guess all the toddlers wld be darn cranky and grouchy since there wld be no food and nap ????!!! I just had to cross my fingers that i would be able to see her on stage when the curtain opened! shall not pin too much hope...

We arrived at the Tampines Regional Library lvl 3 ard 1.30pm. They showcase the photos taken by the pro-photographer during their Full-Dress rehersal. So all of us frantically searching for REia T's photos...... and this is also the first time we saw the Costumes!! It was so cute even just by looking at the photos... my girl chose the Crap! hahaha. All in all, i bought 10 photos, and each costs $2. Extorbitant Price!! i filtered quite a few photos else it will be more.

Finally at 2.15pm, the threater door was opened for all the guests. Looking at the Synopsis, after all the VIP given their speech, presentation of K2 graduates... etc etc.... their item actually starts at 3.30pm... aoh boy... so torturing for them.. still have to keep on waiting... i think Reia would be sleeping at back stage! Luckily Playgroup was the 1st item!

Here Comes the Xmas Tree

Yeah, finally, we have set-up the Xmas Tree, and Hot mama has decided to change the whole decor from silvery to Red and white concept. The xmas tree still look pretty bald, will definitely buy more ornaments to fill up the xmacy spirit!

ANyways i have been nagging her and trying to instill the rulez that she must look for us if she has gonez missing or wait at the same spot. But come to think abt it... actually I think she din know she was missing??!!! THat's the scariest part.
So conclusion is, our eyes need to be glued onto her.

Put this frighterning episode aside, 3 of us really have fun strolling down Orchard Road admiring the lightings and taking photos!

Thanks to my mom and dad, this time round we got free tickets into Wild Wild Wet.

And this time round, she forbidded her daddy to slide down with her. She wanted to do it all on her own.

And this time round, I'd applied lotsa sunblock on her! And Im contemplating of buying her a long sleeve swimsuit. =)

US Trip Part 14 - New Year 2009

After we had a sumptous New Year Eve dinner @ my sis's in law plc, we went back home to wash up and stay awake till midnight.

Everyone gathered ard Counting down to the Brand New Year 2009,

Somehow or rather, all of us brought a Red top to US.. so, i instructed everyone to wear RED during the New YEAR day.

Early in the morning, everyone was so chirpy and happy as we gathered ard the Xmas tree & the Electronic fire place to take tonns of pictures & to open our pressies!! According to their "custom", they dont open pressies during the xmas day, They do it in new year day.

sis bought Reia some clothings and yoga pants, i got a VS pyjamas and bath robe, b got a belt. And she printed 2009 calendar with Reia's collages since birth.

After we finished unwrapping all our pressies, it's time for lunch! Sis brought us to this Yas Restuarant where they served pretty good Beef! Yummy infinity!

For the rest of the day.... we went Premium outlet shopping again. From this trip, my dad knew abt this OLD NAVY brand.... he wld always grumbled.. Old navy again??!!!
