Last Sunday, Out of the bluezzz...The Tan's families decided to forsake the norm of unhealthy, sluggish weekends whereby the mens drink, the women play mj, the girls pay wii, the boy plays Xbox, the dogs simply just lay lazily on the sofa... They decided to expose themselves to a pleasant warmth, the finely particles, and the saline water!!

All the eggs were well-decorated by Reia but we had no time to play. So... the game shall continue next week!

This is for the lit fidgets - For her age-group to be precise.... but i think it's really unchallenging, or rather ezsy bitsy for her. In another word, no kick! hah :)

I just cant resist the temptation....

We even conquered the 3 storey high Slide!

Verdict: Giddy!


It was fun for a $8 entry. Thou it claimed to be the Singapore largest Indoor soft play structure for kids, i still find it a bit bit small. I must say Reia is really adventurous & daring. Within mins, she has finished exploring all the "ups and downs". Both of us were dead tired after 2hrs. Luckily both of us are still "young" and still quite "agile", able to go thru all the hurdles and obstacles.... uhem, with lit effort... fwahaha.

It's great to feel young again!

Next, We are gg to try out ExplorerKids and Go Go Bambini!

说得真好。果然，一到清明节，天总是会下着倾盆大雨，或是风狂雨恣，或是和风细雨。让扫墓的心情，更加凝重。

这就是芮雅的奶奶。可惜，没有机会抱一抱她ah boy的女儿。

Just Another Saturday

After her GUG class, we went Liang court gaigai. All in All, we went thru 3 ERPs, and spent 6 bucks to go into town area & out. Hub went berserk!

She's really good in her motor skills (hot mama self-proclaimed). Her daddy has been training her how to insert key into the key-hole, very soon... she will know how to 离家出走。

ah b sugguests that we get her a white board so that she could start drawing and writing on the board instead of on the walls. So we bought her one from IKEA.

Look at the way she holds the pen. Purrfect.... The thumb, the fingers are placed where its supposed to be. Not too sure who teach her the technique.

School Updates

Last friday, hot mama was sick, so I took mc to rest at home. Wasnt feeling well for days, must be Reia's flu & cough bugs. Anyways, after i visited the doc, i took a train to compass pt to search for her kitchen set. (the one i rented have returned). At the same time, went to get some gifts for her infant caregivers - Thank them for their love, guidance and patience.. Reia has been very well-taken care by them =)

For the month of March, Let's see how she's fare (written by her English teacher):-

Strengths: Reia is very expressive and adventurous. She is not afraid to try art & craft and she dances along to music.
hot mama: Same as Expected =)

Weaknesses: Takes a little persuasion to get her to remain seated for lessons.
hot mama: i bet it doesnt take a lit persuasion... and i confirm guarantee chop that she must be be walking ard whilst teacher's teaching. she has mild mild ADHD

Comments/suggestions: Reia is still young. Let her take her time to absorb the surroundings, continue to revise the colours and letters A - J. Keep it Up Reia!

Scene: In the NEL, hot mama on the way to work.

Hot mama: Yes?

Ah b: your girl today very good, not a single whine, walk in happily into the classroom and wave bye bye to me without making any fuss.

Hot mama: Wow, is it??!! Finally, she's adapting to her school life.

Ah b: The chickens are gone.

Hot mama: What chickens?

Ah b: They took away the frogs and replaced it with chickens.. and now the chickens are gone too

Hot mama: So, are the Fishes still there?

Ah b: Yes, but i saw one dead fish floating. There's a tortise in it too.

Hot mama: (haha) ok.

Ah b: You din send her to school, so you missed a lot of things.

Hot mama: if i have to send her to school, two of you have to wake up darn early.. Can both of you make it??

Oh well, Im glad this day has come as I've been waiting for this day when she's able to walk into her classroom willingly and happily just like when she's in infant care.

Fly Kite Fly

Last Sat, She was due to have her last Jab - Booster. As she's still coughing and having flu, Im not too sure whether she's well enough to have her jab. After checked by Dr Lim, she gave a green light! Too bad, i din manage to video it down as hub still parking and there's no queue in the clinic! Straight afte REia's height & weight was taken, Her name was called!

Went home straight after that to let her have her afternoon nap before GUG class. As Advised, This jab might cause Fever within 24hrs. From the past jabs experiences, almost 80% she'd always down with fever. So.. Im keeping my toes and fingers crossed.

Weight 10.5kg

Height 84cm (with shoes)

True enough, after her GUG class, she started to feel feverish. Initial plan was to go Metro sales, but got to abort and headed straight back home to let the lit R rest.

Before hub drove home, he made a round to SengKang to let Reia see ppl flying kites.
