Thou is not that serious, still feel my heart aching. According to the caregiver, it happened too fast, she got bitten when both are fighting over a toy. As expected, She did not cry. Anyways, they are still babies, still forgivable.

This also explains why and how Reia picks up this bad habit ( i assumed). When she trys to break free from my grip, she will bit my hand, or when i refuse to release an obj to her, she will bit my hand.

What I do?? FLICK her Mouth!! I have to be stern and told her this kind of gesture wont get what U want. Instead you will be punished for bitting ppl.

As far as Im concerned, the only victims that suffered from Reia's deadly bites are my family members!

The Hottie

I thought she'd be free from the MMR side-effect.... After she came home last night, i just felt that her lit body gave out much more then her normal body-heat.. Sometimes, when women suspected something not right, please dont think we are being neurotic .... Never underestimate Mama's instinct, for they are our powerful tools to detect any unexpected events.

Her fever flared up this evening, my mom's place has not thermometer or paracetamol for her. I had no choice but to rush back home. When i reached back @ ard 7pm, she was sleeping (which was not in her norm routine) She must be feeling so sick.... Quickly took her temperature, and it displayed 38.6. Woke her up and fed her Ibuprofen. The tum jiat girl shook her head and said no after a few spoons of porridge... she's really restless... not her usual bouncy, cheeky girl that i know. She just laid there quietly and motionlessly... so scary actually. @ 9pm, she pointed to my sis's room and said bed!!!! She is really sick.. my poor girl. Not too sure whether she's fit to go to school tomorrow... else

Reia was having her MMR jab @ 17 mths (2 mths late actually since we were in states then) It's better to have this jab later as there're some debatable topics on whether this jab will cause Autism . And this jab might cause fever, either within 24 hours , or one week after. Therefore I need to monitor her this Sat to make sure she's not running sizzling hot and not suffering from Austism!

The Moment we stepped in, Dr Lim started to test on her development.

Where's your Mummy? Where's your daddy? Show Auntie where's your eyes?? your nose??

Luckily she passed all the test =)

Her development thus far still OK, will blog more abt her development since she's just 1.5weeks short from being a full-blown toddler!

After the jab, we settled our lunch @ Sakae Sushi before rushing off to GUG class.

While Reia was catching some nap along the way, I was studying hard on the zoo-phonics!

When the body moves, the brain remembers much better

For the past 2 lessons, i stayed throughout with her... so that I can observe her behaviour in class, what are the things that catches her attention, how's her concentration level etc..

I posed a Question to Dr Lillian too, How do i know whether a child is suffering from ADHD (cos Reia dont seems to be sitting still!) She said, it's hard to tell at her age. Normally, the child will fidgets with hands or feet or squirms about when seated. Has difficulty paying attention or staying focused on a task or activity (not even watching television) etc etc

hah.. Reia can sit "pretty" still and finish one Hi-5 episode. So her percentage of suffering from ADHD has dropped to 40%

After her Class, hub drove us to Liang Court shop shop. When it's time for dinner, we headed to Robertson Walk to have our Romantic Authentic Japanese Ramen!

Outside

Ever since she knows how to say "Outside", she will keep pointing @ her tricycle and say outside outside. Hub always the one that cannot resist her angelic pleading :) Anyways, it has been a while since we last brought her down to have some playground fun.

I realised we need to let her wear long pant in order to play the slide..she's simply too sticky to slide down the slide

Buzy Saturday

Our saturdays always filled with tonns of activities. Last Saturday, we had 3 backtoback programmes... first it was Reia's GUG class, then we went to meet my friends for high-tea @ Fosters Cafe... lastly, we went to Reia's gugu house to party party & gamble gamble.

When there's fun, Reia would not let it slip thru her fingers. For the whole afternoon, She only managed to catch her afternoon nap for ard 30mins (which was otw to GUG). Afterwhich, she did not catch any wink and stayed active till past midnight. Managed to pat her to sleep but barely an hr , she woke up and stayed wide awake again till 3 plus 4am. My girl is definitely a Chiongster!

3 of us slept thru the next day and woke up @ ard 12noon.

Such an unhealthy lifestyle.

Anyways,Im changing her GUG lesson to 4pm instead of 2pm which is usually her nap time. I hope she's able to focus better in class.

US Trip Part 4 - Disneyland (Day 1)

After Conquering Universal Studio, We were all set to the Magical place where Dreams come True

We purposely planned it on Weekends so that Sis & Tom could drive down and be our personal tour guide!

Thou this is not the biggest Disneyland in the world, Our friendly tour guide advice was to spend 2 Days in Disneyland Park, 1 day in Disney's California Adventure Park.

Therefore, before we came over, Sis had actually booked all our tickets online. One 3-day Park hopper ticket cost USD179... and my dearest generous sweetest Sis had kindly sponsored all our Universal & Disneyland tickets!

It's a magical during the day, but Disneyland at night takes on an extra dimension. Watching parade at night with the freezing weather enthralled us.
