Due to convenient sake, to ease my parents from walking to and fro, we decided to transfer Reia to PCF Sparkletots right at my parents' void Deck. School fees also slashed half of what we have been paying and it's a NEW school. Further more, there's an infant care unit there too.... Nice nice.. all the baby cots are in WHITE with nice wall paper pasted on the wall...

I was with her during her first day orientation. Basically, N1 & K1 shared the same classroom with low cupboard to separate them apart. Every morning, all students will assemble @ the Main classroom (where kitchen & office are). Last serving of Breakfast @ 9am. Kiddos will proceed to a kinetic Room where they will sing songs till lesson starts. Class starts @ 930am. Their Teacher-in-charge will call out to them class by class and proceed to walk over to their classroom with their schoolbags. On the whole, they have to travel to and fro from their classroom to the assembly area. And so, they are always busy wearing shoe & taking out shoe.

1st lesson was English Class. Her teacher is called Miss Yvonne. Speak pretty good English *phew*.

10.30am. Chinese lesson. Her chinese Teacher dont really speak 标准话语. Reia started to get distracted because this is when the K1 students starts to bathe. So there were lots of commotion and she cldnt help to always turn to look at them. The Chinese Teacher practially got to shout when teaching and i myself had a hard time trying to hear what she's teaching. dont talk abt the kiddos. That's the minus point. Too distracting.

11am. Lunch Time for the PG and N1 students. So they have to take their waterbottle, wear their shoes, line up in twos and walk over to the assembly hall. All of them have to wash their hands before their meal. Outside the kitchen, there's one dustbin, two basins. After meal, all the children have to empty their leftover food into the dustbin, and placed the bowl into one basin, fork and spoon into another basin. 自己的事自己做。

12.00am. Bathing Time. During this time, the children can do whatever they want. They can play toys, read story books, play puzzles etc Free & Easy time for all until Teacher call out to you to bathe. One teacher will be in the shower area, the other teacher will be outside getting ready to dress you. Before you are led to the shower area, you need to brush your teeth. Since it's the first day, i did not bring toothbrush & toothpaste for her, so teacher reminded me to bring over tml and they wld bring it back every friday.

Digress:- During the night, i did a crash course on how to brush her own teeth.
Step(1): Pour water inside the cup. (She no need that)
Step(2): Wash your toothbrush. (i do that for her)
Step(3): Squeeze the toothpaste onto the toothbrush ( i do that for her)
Step(4): Start brushing.....& gargle.. pui.... gargle.... pui Rinse your mouth until no more 'bubble' (as first teeth toothpaste is safe to eat, i skip this step opps)
Step(5): Wash your Cup, Wash your toothpaste.
Step(6): Put your toothbrush & toothpaste into the Cup.

Before their nap, the teache will prepare milk for her. I brought the whole tin of similac to be put there (that's why i do in her ex). However, due to the place constraint, i was told to bring only one feed of milk powder will do.
I made an escape before her nap time. Told her that mommy needs to go buy toothbrush & toothpaste for her. She let me go... and i left her there and went up to my mom's place to have my Lunchie

Ard 2plus... i peeked on her.
Sweet... She seems to be sleeping quite well

3pm - Wakey Wakey. Reia actually the last 2 to wake Up. Teacher will start to change some of their diaper. And i instructed Reia to take off her diaper on her own after she wakey.

Conclusion

Why she likes the New School?

(1) Toilet is "in" her classroom (unlike her previous school), and so, she just need to put up her hands and say "Teacher I want to go to the toilet" and she can proceed to go the toilet and do her business. Not accompanied by any Teacher. She gets her freedom.

Digress: U just have to close one eyes even the toilet seat is stained with urine. Maybe i should teach her to wipe the seat first before she sits on it.

(2) She gets to wash her hand and "play" with the bubble soap whenever she feels her hands are dirty. Take a look at my house water bill, all shoot up because of her. She loves to play with water.
